in your practice. The information on the Practice Survey can be easily gathered using your most recent end-of-month information and answering several key questions. It provides DMS the ability to review your practice performance at a glance.
The information is strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of preparing your practice evaluation.
A follow-up teleconference will be scheduled for 15 minutes to review the results, discuss your practice concerns, vision, and goals.
